Any changes to the current zoning classification of any given parcel within Richland Township must first be presented to the Town Board. Depending on the nature of your request some legal documents may be needed for clarification.

If approved at the town level you can then proceed to the County Zoning Board. An approved copy of our Board meeting minutes will be needed by the county showing our decision.
